LAFAYETTE, LA – The Louisiana Junior Golf Tour (LJGT) is proud to recognize Caroline Endsley of Youngsville, Louisiana, as its November Player of the Month.
A 16-year-old student at Southside High School, Endsley discovered golf at a young age when her grandfather first took her to play. What began as casual rounds together quickly grew into a passion that’s shaped her junior golf journey.
One of Caroline’s favorite memories on the course is from her time competing in the PGA Jr. League, where she made her first eagle during a match, a moment that still stands out years later. Among the many courses she’s played, her favorite is Kiva Dunes in Gulf Shores, Alabama, which she loves for its coastal scenery and course layout.
When it comes to tournament days, Caroline keeps a consistent pre-round routine. She starts on the range, moves to chipping and putting, then heads to the tee box. She always makes sure to eat a sandwich at the turn and relies on her 8-iron, calling it her most trustworthy club in any situation.
Outside of golf, Caroline enjoys playing pickleball with her friends and once spent six years playing travel volleyball. She credits the Louisiana Junior Golf Tour for helping her grow as both a player and a person, saying it has given her “the opportunity to meet people from around Louisiana and play challenging courses.”
Congratulations to Caroline Endsley, the Louisiana Junior Golf Tour’s November Player of the Month!
